No matter what the situation is, taking accountability is the difference, most times, between successful nd problematic resolution to issues or situations. A lack of accountability usually means time spent in unnecessary turmoil

Let me take full accountability for the current dynamic as it exists. Many moving parts and pieces. Openness and honesty always needed nd required. Balance must be struck nd required to keep the energy centered nd appropriate.

For a while, I maintained that balance successfully. Recently, Ive failed to maintain the necessary balance for various reasons. And it shows nd continues to show further.  So the majority of the shift is because of me. Even with accountability being taken, spoken nd unspoken undercurrent exists that are now sabotaging a lot of what’s been built. The underlying tensions are not able to be covered up nd we feel the results.

Apply this to everyone and u find out quickly if someone truly fucks wit u or not.. the way situations are handled nd how they approach u will always be the tell.

If you dont kno when to be accountable for ur actions and/or ur shortcomings, it dilutes ur position. U shouldn’t need to be primed or motivated to accept accountability. It’s a space u should consistently live in.
