Why Hillary Ain’t “Over”

If you have ever watched Wrestling, you know when someone says that a wrestler is “Over” it means their getting the reaction from the crowd that they want. Whether it’s a Heel and their being booed or their a Face and gettin crazy cheers. Well so many people have written, and mostly correct, about why Hillary Clinton ain’t clinched this Presidential election already. I wanna go a little deeper so people can understand she would never have gotten “Over” no matter the opponent.

One she’s going against a career entertainer in Donald J Trump. He knows how to work a room and how to work the media. He knows how to say things to get a rise out of folks and the reactions he gets are genuine, whether or not his comments are true. The problem with a guy like that is no one knows when to take him seriously and when to say he’s being grandiose. I think by now we all know that the shit Trump says he believes. He’s a sexist, racist, prejudiced, bigot. But the problem is so many on the Right believe what he says to be true and they want that in their President.

The other issue is that he speaks to the sensalization of  the American people, so regular minded folks think he really knows what the fuck he’s talking about, when in reality Trump don’t know a damn thing about Foreign policy or how to run a country. Yet, many want him because he speaks tough. Another problem for Hillary.

She’s like the Babyface that’s been in the business for twenty years and you know her move set, al la Hulk Hogan but with far less charisma and likability, so you know what’s comin and you don’t like it.  Her problem is everyone knows who she is and what she stands for. And, while some of her views are very favorable for the middle class, she’s lived her life to show you that she truly believes in the Cronism of politics.

She doesn’t know most of what to say or do for regular people cuz she ain’t been regular in over 30 years. She’s truly out of touch with the American person, be they Black, White, Poor, Middle Class or Gay. She don’t know the struggle. She can’t get over because what she’s supported when she was First Lady and the Junior Senator from New York, puts her at odds somewhat with the demographics she needs the most.

When her husband was President she was strongly for The Defense of Marriage Act. This at a time when there was not a robust push for LGBT rights. They pushed this legislation through without any provocation. Then she was  a strong advocate for the “War on Drugs” movement that her husbands administration was largely responsible for pushing, with Congressional assistance. This led to the massive incarceration of lots of lower class Colored People, Black and Hispanic, which caused major ramifications in the community.

Look at her close ties to Wall Street, you know, the industry that damn near crippled this country a little more than 8 years ago. Add it all up and you see why her tricks are gettin the rise that she wants. She hasn’t shown that she’s truly evolved, just changed her wording up because she knows the public sentiments aren’t with her old Democratic Party ideas. This is not the Democratic Party former President Clinton, this truly is the Obama Democrats.

All of that being said, I’d rather dance with her at the party, then to take a flier on Trump. That just sounds like suicide. Why the hell would you wanna jump off the building just because Hillary don’t exactly see eye to eye wit you. November 8, 2016 will have consequences. Whether or not their the ones we want, remains to be seen. The differences are there but the truth is she is the only one who will truly be able to continue our progress for the next four years. So Vote! Vote! Vote!

P.S. that doesn’t mean I disrespect anyone who votes for Trump. I just can’t make a rational decision to vote for someone who doesn’t respect Women, Gay people, Black people or Immigrants. I can’t respect someone who only talks about general plans and has no definitive plans. America Wake Up!

The Clinton Effect

Many reports I’ve read over the past few days has Democratic political pundits concerned and wondering why Hillary can’t pull away from the idiot and racist that is Donald J Trump. I can give you a litany of reasons why and in this post I will do just that lol. It’s a simple and also complex set of situations that have the American public skeptical of the Democratic candidate. So lets dig in..

First, there is the underlying Trump effect. No, I’m not saying that people are secretly supporting Trump, as much as, they are secretly agreeing with his positions. See, we are absolutely kidding ourselves if we think that racism, sexism and homophobia doesn’t still exist in America today. A big reason that Clinton can’t and won’t pull away is because there are Millions of Americans who are undercover racists, sexists and all around White dominant people. They reject the notion of Obama being the first African American President and equally reject Hillary Clinton’s attempt to become the first woman President.

Second, Hillary Clinton herself makes people very skittish. She has been in the political limelight for more than three decades and America has seen so many shady dealings, sketchy affairs and just blatant lies come from this career politician. From the Lewinsky scandal to the crisis in Libya, from Clinton Foundation issues to Emailgate. Hillary has not been able to keep a clean nose, nor explain the poor judgment shown with some of these issues. And before you say the Lewinsky scandal was about Bill, there was a portion of the scandal where Hillary seemed to be trying to submerge the women who came forward, while she claims to be a champion for women’s rights. That’s the part that has her in hot water.

Third, people just don’t trust her. For whatever the reasons are that people can’t stand Hillary, and honestly I can think of a few, she remains the second most unlikable President candidate, second to Donald Trump, in American History. I want you to understand just how significant that is. She has probably as much experience as any candidate and is one of the most untrusted and unliked in History. Yes, I can say her “privileged ” lifestyle has definitely been a detractor for many and more than that, her seemingly shrug disposition in the public light makes it hard to root for her. She’s the first woman candidate to lead either major party and nobody cares really, because opinions on her are so etched in stone. And, many people wonder how helpful will she be to the little guy, since her life has only been with the elites of the world.

So you put all of this together and mix in a say anything type candidate in Trump and you get the conundrum that Democrats see themselves in. Had this been Obama, Trump would’ve been dispatched before he began. If it had been Bernie, honestly this race would be over. Hillary, not so much. So now she must work really hard to refine her image and make people believe that she will be the best candidate, warts and all.

Racism vs Terrorism

You know I’ve been listening to the conversation being had this past week since the tragedies that occurred across America, and there’s narrative I’m coming away with from one side of the spectrum: The desire to use the word”Racist” to describe those dirty cops is damn near like pulling teeth. Yet, these are the same folks who want us to label an entire group of people Islamic Terrorists.

Indulge me for a minute because I’m going to be using the words of sorry ass Politicians who have the hateful rhetoric still and those who have risen above their dumb ass ideology and realized that there is a problem to prove a point.

Lets look at the ignorant, former New York City Mayor, Rudy G. and see what he’s said on the airwaves since the killings. His commentary is that the Black Lives Matter Movement is somehow inherently racist and that they’re the ones responsible for the violence against those Dallas officers and the protesters. If that ain’t some of the most ignorant shit I’ve ever heard.

Let’s move forward to the current New York City Police Commissioner, Commissioner Bratton. Now this dick had the audacity to say that Black mothers and fathers need to have a conversation with their sons to make sure they’re more respectful and nice to police. Sir, get the fuck outta here with that. Are you serious. Did he watch those videos? Did he see what happened with the others who were innocently killed?

The Texas Lt. Governor who said that Black Lives Matter protests were responsible for the deaths of the Police Officers, and went so far as to say that it was un-American for them to do what their doing, protesting for what they believe is right. Are you really trying to sell that bullshit to somebody?

There is no doubt that this country is still as divided as ever on the question of race because many on the Right don’t want to admit there is a problem. Or let me bring it home this way, many in the White Elite class that have no fucking clue as to what a Black person goes through, let alone a Black man. That’s where the problem starts, see no one wants to sit down and have the conversation.

Listen to the athletes, Serena Williams, the Minnesota Lynx basketball team, the President of the United States. There is truly a desire to bring people together and have the conversation on why Black America, and Latino America feel so isolated and unequal in America. It’s time to do two things: One, admit that Racism is still alive and well in this country and two, we must confront the dynamic of Racist Policemen.

The Right is quick to want to label ISIS as Islamic Terrorists, but they don’t want to bring the label of Racist Policemen to light. I’m also disappointed that more don’t want to admit that you have both good and bad cops and in so doing, that’s not being supportive to the Law Enforcement community, it’s actually trying to clean it up.

The Governor of Minnesota said if the man had been White the cop would not have killed him. There have been stories of off duty Black cops who say they fear for their safety in the areas they live if they’re not in uniform. What statement does that make? Let’s be very clear the overwhelming majority of Cops are amazing and do their jobs without blinking an eye. But, there are those that takes the law into their own hands and feels no sense of accountability because the Justice System doesn’t punish them.

America, we must wake up to save our country or there will be no country. We are dangerously close to losing our peace to this debate about Race and Police brutality. The world is watching what we do, and those people are paying attention to see if we can offer solutions. Let’s tamp down the heated rhetoric, let’s slide back on the labels and lets get real and talk.

By the way, President Obama is about to have a National forum on this tomorrow night on live television. Bringing together all cross sections, Sports, regular folks, the media and the Police. Many other cities across the country are doing the same thing. It’s time America, let’s talk to each other and not at each other. Let’s try to understand one another and not ostracize one another. Healing comes with communication. It’s time to heal.

A Nation On The Brink

What we’ve been watching the past week has been a nation that is close to going over the edge. As I’ve heard political leaders, party enthusiasts and law enforcement talk about what’s going on I’m reminded that we are truly a divided nation. What I’ve seen and heard has been a tragedy and if we’re not careful, we about to see the tension bubble bust, and it’s going to unleash violence unlike anything seen before.

The Governor of the State of Minnesota said on national t.v. the other night that if the man stopped would have been a White man, instead of a Black man, he didn’t believe that he would’ve been shot and killed. He even went so far as to say that racism is still alive and very present in this country. Conversely, after last night’s deadly attack in Dallas, Texas, the states Lt. Governor said that the reason the violent outburst happened was because of the Black Lives Matter movement. He said that people expressing their discontent with the crookedness of the system and of some cops was the reason.

We hear the Political right dumb asses, Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin, talking about the Black Lives Matter organization are terrorists and inciting the violence against the police. How fucking dumb can you really be. But I guess when you’re as stupid as Palin and as self absorbed as Limbaugh, you say what you want because there’s a section of the American public that will believe that shit.

You wonder why we’re at the dangerous tipping point? Maybe we need to realize that there is truly a national conversation that needs to be had. We need to talk about the racial tensions and discomfort. We need to talk about the injustice and disproportionate violence against Black people in relation to our White counterparts. We need to talk about how there is still an oppression of the Black community. How we are still very marginalized and picked over for job opportunities.

We need to have the conversation about how when Black folks are murdered by those crooked cops, the first response is well what did they do wrong, or why did they resist. It’s time to talk about all of these topics because the marginalization of the African American community is reaching it’s limits, and a repeat of 1968 may be closer than we realize.

After all of the rash of murders and killings there have been protests. After Mike Brown, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, Eric Gardner, and both murders this week, protests. But the truth is after those murders what happens? The answer is nothing. We go back to fighting to have the discussion. The White elite class in this country has doubled down. The White prejudiced class in this country has risen up and we are at a very dangerous point.

Lets talk to our Political leaders too. Donald Trump and your Republican Party need to really dial it back. You talk about going back to the days of civil policing of themselves. We hear talks of building walls, deporting millions, blocking millions from entering the country. We hear how disgusting and disrespectful the tone is towards the nations only Black President and First Lady.

To show you that I’m current in the moment, in my city right now, Atlanta, GA, were are experiencing a protest that could become violent and completely distort the purpose for the movement. We don’t need to have another display of peaceful protesting turn violent because we’re trying to make a point. The point can be made by making your voice heard, protesting and then letting the next day come to do it again.

Please Atlanta, New York, Dallas and everywhere else, don’t let this truly become the tip over point. Hold together, band together and become one voice and one body. Man when I tell you that the moment is coming in America when we have to face the reality that we are in need of change. God America we need to discuss the issues. We need to find solutions and we need to make change a reality.

We must understand that violence begetting violence is not the solution, rather it is another problem that damages the good will of those trying to make things better. I know that there is outrage and believe me, in all my discussions I’ve had I’ve been very adamant and vocal about my disdain and in some cases, hate for the senseless killing and bull shit we see in this country. But please know I don’t think this is the answer.

Make your position known. Make your voice heard. Get arrested in a civil stand. Do what you think in a safe manner that you need to in order to make the point. But remember the more dangerous and violent you get with it, the more you lessen the message. It’s time to be smart and realize that we need to use our voice, money and might to affect change.

Big ups to TIP and all the other folks who are taking themselves into the movement, one nation one fight. I want everyone to realize that this is how we take our country back. One protest, one rally, one movement, one sit in, one boycott at a time. Hold our dollars, hold our support and change will come. America, tell the Politicians we want change. Tell big business we want change.

Anerica’s Racial Stain

Once again Americans are out in the streets protesting the senseless, tragic, bombastic, and God-like killing of two innocent, unarmed Black men in the past 48 hours. One in Louisiana, an animalistic style killing; and the other in Minnesota, a cop taking life in his hands and killing a man who open admitted he was licensed to carry and was reaching to get his wallet as instructed.

The details of both killings are sickening and damn right inhumane. We keeping hearing there is outrage and disgust. We keep hearing how things need to change, but the truth is there is change. The change is that the crooked and corrupt cops, which are not all of them, are destroying any confidence that people have in them. See for each picture we see of cops helping people and playing ball in the neighborhood, we get these situations.

Mike Brown, Freddie Gray, Eric Gardner, the list goes on and on and on. We keep adding young, Black men to the number shot dead by White cops and just Cops in general. Why is it that there is a small minority of officers who feel that they’re Gods? Maybe part of the problem is that the so-called Justice system is really only designed to make regular Americans pay, not those that swear an oath.

Maybe part of the problem is that no one wants to accept that there really needs to be oversight for law enforcement officials. Yes it’s very true that all lives do matter, because I’m not going to separate a life taken. But let me be very, very clear when I say that Damn it Black Lives Matter! More important Black Male Lives Matter.

I’m so sick and tired of seeing cops decide when they wanna take our lives because they know they can get autonomy. I’m tired of people thinking that just because we are a minority that we don’t deserve equal treatment under the damn law. Why is it that the amount of violence towards Black people by police is on the rise? No can explain that shit huh?

Maybe it’s time that we put some financial pressure on these communities by not freely spending our dollars. Maybe we need to truly show solidarity and stop being mad for the moment and lets build a coalition that will sustain a movement. It is time that we as a people realize that in order to truly affect change we have to go after the things that mean the most. Money!

When the LGBT community wanted to assert itself into the picture you saw a financial element, an organization element that made those in power pay attention. We wouldn’t settle for second class citizen status. The Black community needs to come together and stop beating each other up.

We need to stop being sideline cause supports, and become full participants. It’s nice to post a status or two on social media talking about the issues and the cause. But the question is what are you doing to help the cause? Are you trying to “each one, teach one?” Translation: are you trying to help your young, black people who are out here struggling? Are you trying to set the example and make sure that you are in tune with the movement?

Stand up damn it. Stop waiting for a celebrity to take the first step. Stop waiting for someone else to organize. Gather your friends, and let them gather their friends, who gather their friends and before you know it, you have a ground swell, and a movement that will take you somewhere special. Come on America we need to take a stand.

A Final Farewell

As America has wrestled again with the debate about gun safety and the vulnerability of the LGBT community, I’ve sat and been arrested by the disgusting and divisive language coming from the pulpits across America. I’ve been extremely disappointed that many on the “Christian” Right, are still using hate filled interpretations of the Bible to condemn the victims in Orlando. And for a few extreme preachers, going so far as to want God to kill the victims that survived with injuries.

If there was ever a time to abandon being a Christian it could be now. When so many are so bound to the outdated and ill-conceived notions in the bible to crucify a group of people that are already marginalized because of who we are. But, you know I take solace in the fact that churches like mines, Tabernacle Baptist Church, and other affirming churches and inclusive churches across this country are preaching messages of love and compassion for those who lost loved ones.

That tragedy hits so close to home for me because Orlando use to be my home. I’ve been in that night club before on a Saturday night at 2a.m. and God knows the last thing on my damn mind was being shot up by whatever the fuck they wanna call that asshole. I struggle to understand why when things happen to certain groups of people, instead of everyone rallying around to support that group of folks, it exposes the underlying prejudices that remain in certain circles.

I’m tired of hearing some people say that they’re tired of hearing about that massacre. I guess if it’s not affecting them directly they don’t care. They would rather be as bitter as they can be because their lives are miserable, so they don’t care or can’t empathize with those families. But, I bet if happened to their loves ones, they’re the first who want someone to understand their pain.

Thank you to those who refused to leave friends and family behind in that club and sadly lost your life. Thank you to those businesses that have stuck their necks out to pay tributes to, raise money for those victims. So many have rallied around this tragedy to bring another awareness to gun violence and extreme prejudices.

Thank you to all those who really are trying to make the conversation a lasting one. Orlando will not be left alone in their time of sorrow and the world will never forget this horrible tragedy. Stand strong and stand proud.

Caught In the Trap

Normally I’m a big supporter of Ryan Cameron and what he speaks about, however, today even he must be opened up to what he just allowed himself to fall pray to today. As normal, on my way to work, I was listening to the Ryan Cameron morning show on V-103 and he was doing his segment about him having to speak out again some social issue that’s important to the community. Today’s choice was President’s Obama’s mandate of equal bathroom privileges for the Transgender community.

What his comments strikingly crass, uninformed, and unapologetically right leaning in tone, is the fact that he was very vague with his description of the mandate and then had the dumb ass nerve to suggest that more dialogue is needed on the subject. Hey Ryan wake the fuck up man! This is the Republican playbook if I’ve ever seen it. See they’ve had a strategy since the Supreme Court deemed same sex marriage legal in the United States. Conservative Republicans have systemically gone about trying to introduce legislation to find ways to skirt the ruling and find ways to create legal loopholes to deny the LGBTQ community it’s right granted by the US Supreme Court.

It began with various states writing the so called “Religious Freedom” bills and trying to get those through their Congressional state legislature and subsequently to the desk of the Republican Governor in that respective state. Once the government got wind of this and threated Federal dollars and once businesses threatened to pull out of these states, most of those plans have went down the shit hole. Enter the Bathroom bill passed in North Carolina and attempted to be passed in other states in the country.

What Mr. Cameron seems to conveniently leave out of his ignorant and uninformed talking points is that the Federal Courts have already started weighing in on the situation and deemed bills like the one in North Carolina to be unconstitutional to enforce in public schools because it violates Title IX, which prevent discrimination based on Gender, Sexual Orientation and so on in public academic institutions. Now the fight is whether businesses are allowed to discriminate solely based upon someone’s gender identity.

It is clear that the Obama Administration has said no, you can’t do this, but Mr. Cameron wants to believe that their decision wasn’t based upon conversations, just a rush to protect individuals. How ignorant of you sir. Maybe if you’ve been paying attention to the National discourse over the past year and a half or so, since that historic ruling in favor of same sex marriage, you would know that State Governments across the nation went into panic mode as to how to minimize the impact and find ways to disparage my community.

There has been talk about this for months and months now. This is a way for Republicans to set their agenda and try to attack the Courts ruling by putting in legal, constitutional measures, that say they can discriminate based upon gender identity, which paves the way for an expansion to discriminating because it’s against their religion and before you know it, we, the LGBTQ community, are marginalized yet again. Furthermore to the point, if you really think that transgender folks are the concern with “bathroom” selection you’re wrong.

I dare you or anyone who doesn’t understand to give me the proven data that says that Transgender men or women have been the aggressors in bathroom attacks. Oh and you’re assertion that grown men and women sharing a restroom with a young kid is somehow a no -no, just because they identify with the different sex, is laughable. Have you been in the women’s restroom Mr. Cameron? Do you know if Transgender women are already in the bathroom with girls and vice versa for the men?

I understand that just like with homosexual love and acceptance, some folks will never come to grips with or accept a Transgender person and their choices. But, at the same time how would we feel if we were back in the 1940’s 50’s and 60’s where Black people couldn’t use a White’s only restroom? Or if we have colored only restaurants again? So I guess the conversation is fine as long as it’s furthering your cause, but once it stops, you reject the movement right?

Ryan Cameron I know you’re a better man than to just spew the dumb ass rhetoric you’ve seen and heard. I know you know to do your own homework before speaking on the matter. And I really know, that you know better than to glaringly generalize and paint with a broad brush a National debate that has been very front and center for a while and one that frankly, is about respect and rights.

Maybe this will reach you sir and maybe it won’t. If it does I certainly welcome the conversation with you and if not, anyone who reads this, give me your thoughts. I’m open and ready to have this conversation.

Trump’s Republican World

Last night, the Donald did what few thought he was capable of doing when he first announced his candidacy, he clinched the Republican nomination for President. By winning Indiana, he knocked out the last two opponents in the race, Ted Cruz and John Kasich. What an unbelievably ignorant time we’re living in.

I respect those who have differing views than I do on than I on the state of the country and on American politics. But I truly want someone with half a brain to tell me what the fuck Donald Trump has going for him that makes anyone think he really lead this country? Where in the hell does he have the credentials to be President? Because you Republicans want an “Outsider” to lead your party, you turn to a reality celebrity, that really knows nothing about policy. Is he a successful businessman? Surely, can he run an entire nation? Looking at what he’s done and stood for in this nomination cycle.. Hell Naw!

Listen, I get it when it comes to Trump. He has the balls to say things that a lot of people believe. He talks a certain way that a lot of racist and supremacy groups find appealing. He disparages women and think that we should force immigrants that aren’t to his liking, to wait to enter the country. I mean I understand, for those who think that this country has gone down hill because we elected a Black man as President and the Supreme Court made landmark decisions that allowed for more equality in this country.

I guess it never seems to fail that when we think that the country is ready to take steps forward, we see that the country really may not be as ready to embrace change as we thought.  While Progressives, Moderates and Centrists can accept the fact that the world is changing, the base of the Conservative movement still believes that we should be a “Good Ole Boy” network. Whites in control and women taking a back seat. You don’t believe what I’m saying, well just listen to their leader.. Donald Trump.

The General Election fight is now here and Hillary and Donald are about to square off in one epic contest. Donald and his machoism. Hillary and her Clinton machine. For the next six months it’s going to be a political war to see who comes out on top. Partial or not, this wasn’t my first idea of who I’d like to see, but this is the matchup we’ve got. So my two questions are: Is Trump planted by the Clintons to ensure that Hillary wins? Are we really dumb enough to put Donald Trump into the White House?

America wake up and pay attention to what Trump’s trying to do. He is an establishment Republican politician. And, now he may be one night away from the White House. Democrats and Independents alike, you gotta come out and make your voice heard in this election. Trump is not who we need running this country.

Gimme your thoughts and feedback

The Obama Effect Cont’d…

I was watching The View, as I’m known to do, and they showed a clip of a recent town hall with President Obama and he was challenging the folks who orchestrated the Black Lives Matter Movement to come to the table and have a discussion about the issues they care about, in order to get some progress on those issues. I was listening to him calmly and respectfully explaining how it takes more than just protesting to get things accomplished. He was talking about how protesting opens the door to get you a seat at the table but then you gotta be grown and sit down to hash out the results. Not to continue to yell and protest in peoples faces.

In my mind I immediately had two separate thoughts. One, how awesome it is to have a President who wants to have the table widened and extended to bring more voices in the room. Second, how different, and disrespectful it would be if Donald Trump were the President during this uprising. We’ve seen his insensitive, bigoted, sexist approach to handling those who protest against him.

President Obama shows you what it means to be the leader of the free world. He takes great umbrage with those who are marginalized and does his best to make sure they get their voices heard. You see him taking the power of the Presidency to Flint, Michigan in order to get answers and solutions to the crisis that still grapples that city.

Though his time in the White House is winding down, you see him all over the place. Working both domestically and abroad to cement the Obama legacy and leave his stamp on this world. He’s in England working the political winds to make deals. Saudi Arabia greeted him and worked to ease the strain there while also strengthening America’s position. He’s continuing to keep the pressure on ISIS and disrupt that groups efforts.

A recent report suggests that they’re having a little trouble with their finances and paying their soldiers, since we took out some of their high ranking officials dealing with money. We are continuing to see jobs increase, and slowly states across the nation are trying to get on board with the $15 minimum wage. Progress America ain’t quick but it can surely be blatant. Whether you like him or not, Mr. Obama has surely done the job he was elected to do, with or without Congress.

But there’s still way more work to do. Let’s keep the momentum going. Vote in November and continue to support the President.

Trump Is The Elephant

I’ve been talking about this now for months how Donald Trump is actually just like the Republican Establishment, despite many mainstream media outlets wanting to cast him as the outsider. He has all the talking points, rhetoric and actions of a man sold to the Republican Right Wing. Yes, he may say a few incendiary things that ruffle the feathers of some of the elite, but the truth is if you listen to his words he really is just like the folks sitting on Capitol Hill.

Trump wants to ban abortions and make women criminals if they do abort their child. Trump wants to restore “American Exceptionalism” and essentially build a wall around our country to keep folks out in order to “protect Americans”. Trump wants to expand the Military again and use our might in the Middle East more than using our brains. Trump wants to be the big bully instead of the influential big brother. If you’re wondering where these things have been heard before, well look no further than President 43.

You see as much as Trump is anti-Establishment, his tax proposal, economic strategy, immigration stances, abortion policy and foreign policy are all right from the think tanks of those who represent the Right Wing of the party. And if you think they’re not the Established part of the party just look at the number of “Tea Party” folks in the House and Senate.

Trump doesn’t want the violence to die down. Trump doesn’t want regulations. Trump wants to turn crazies loose. He wants to go back to those days where states could impose whatever rules they want. Jim Crow could return, White dominance reigns supreme and so on and so on. I was listening to Rachel Maddow in her opening monologue on her show and she couldn’t have said it any better. “If the Pro Life folks win the battle, it will be a constant parade of women facing criminal charges for anything that prevents them from birthing a child 9 months after conception.”

If you think this election doesn’t have consequences, look real hard at the candidates that are left on both sides of the aisle. Trump has views that are truly divisive and hurtful to the cause of American unity and equality. Cruz is even worse and while Governor Kasich is doing his best to stay in the race, he really is too moderate for this Republican electorate. Hillary can’t get out of her own way and people still don’t believe in her, while Bernie is just being Bernie and refusing to back down to the big bully in the yard.

The next few months will be interesting and November will be down right entertaining. Who’s going to win.. well I guess we will all find out together.
